TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and all flight ticket, trekking, tour packages and other travel services you book with the next holiday travel and tours ltd. Any booking you order or place to reserve flight ticket or trekking package, or tour package or any travel services arrangement with us is bound to these terms and conditions and suppliers standard product booking policies. Once you have made booking, you are agreeing to be bound with these terms and conditions, and you will be sent booking confirmation accordingly.
Flight Ticket Booking
Flight tickets booked with us are fully financially protected and bought tickets will be abide by Airlines terms and condition in case of date change or cancellation of the ticket. In which, the date change and cancellation policy will be varied according to Airlines which will be informed you during the period you booked your ticket with us.
Payment
Full payment is required for all flight ticket reservation at the time of booking regardless of arrangements being confirmed. Payment can be made either bank transferred or bank deposit to our company account.
Cancellation & no shows
Cancellation of flight ticket may / will be subject to applicable charges, penalties and administration fees depending on airlines policies. If partial sectors on your ticket are cancelled then airlines cancels all sectors for which you are not entitled to refund, and you will need to make alternative travel arrangements at your own cost for any other sectors of your travel.
In the event that you are deemed a “No Show” by the airline, means if in case, you are unable to use the first sector of your ticket, airlines will cancel all sector of your itinerary and you will not be entitled to refund for the ticket or any sector of your ticket. You will need to make alternative travel arrangement at your own cost for any other sector of your travel.
Refunds Policy
Refunds will be subject to fare rules of airlines which varies by airlines and all flight tickets are not refundable. Any refund for refundable ticket will be paid once they have been received from airlines, it normally takes 6- 8 weeks sometime even longer.
Tour and Trekking Confirmation
By confirming Tour and Trekking package reservation with us, you are agreeing with our booking terms and conditions and thereby bound by the exiting policy for package bookings. Once we receive your details of travel date and tour or trekking package, then reservation will be preceded on your behalf and duly confirmed the all required travel package elements. Once the reservation booked and confirmation details of the tour or trekking will be sent you immediately.
Payment Policy
The next holiday travel and tour can confirm the reservation of hotel and other tour or trekking arrangement on your behalf by taking deposits. To confirm reservation, you must make an advance payment of 50% of the total tour or trekking package cost at least 6 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date for international tourists and complete 100% payment before a week of your arrival to Kathmandu. In case of Urgent bookings there will be 100% payment applicable.

Any tour or trekking package reservation cancellation policy will be applicable as below
30 days prior to departure 15% of the total tour cost
20 days prior to departure 25% of the total tour cost
10 days prior to departure 50 % of the total tour cost
07 days or less no refund
